Al Aman’s O&M division delivers full Hard FM services, managing power plants, electrical systems, and building services for efficient, reliable operations.
This division has existed since the establishment of Al Aman as the Operations & Maintenance division, mainly specializing in generators and electrical equipment, which quickly expanded to include power plants and energy centers with all their auxiliary systems. Currently, it covers the entire scope of Hard FM.
Our Hard FM expertise in managing and operating facilities includes diesel and HFO generator power plants (LV & MV), LV and MV switchgear, transformers, control panels, synchronization panels, and building services utilizing BMS, including control systems, low current systems, HVAC equipment, and plumbing.
