Enclosures
Portable housing that can contain a variety of power generation & MEP systems for multi-application uses.
Design & fabrication of soundproof enclosures (canopies) to achieve the client’s sound level requirement (from 85 dBA – 70 dBA) for the following equipment:
- Generators (diesel fuel natural gas-heavy fuel biofuel)
- Air-cooled chillers
- Electrical and diesel generator pumps
- Medium & low voltage switchgears
With customized enclosure designs for special applications mainly being Data centers, SKADA and PLC, and other applications inc. music studios, power stations, central air conditioning rooms and air compressor rooms for hospitals. The sound level is measured after manufacturing using calibrated instrumentation, and can be measured without loads or with the actual loads on site.

Tanks
Store industrial fluids such as oil, fuel, water
Carbon steel tanks that can be:
- Underground or overground
- Cylindrical or rectangular
- Single- or double-skin
- Vertical or horizontal
With a thickness as per design based on the capacity and operating pressure of the tanks. The tanks are equipped with all necessary nozzles and are normally painted by one layer of epoxy and two layers of final coat of painting with a thickness of 205 microns, to match the client’s requested RAL colors.
All designs cover tank accessories such as concrete foundation, dike walls, firefighting system, fuel filling pumps, fuel transfer pumps, fuel control pumps, flame arrestors, fuel flow meters, solenoid valves, heaters and thermostat to control the temperatures for heavy fuel, float switches etc.
Store food materials such as grain, potable water etc.
Design and fabrication of cylindrical stainless-steel tanks using 304 or 316 stainless steel depending on storage conditions, to store potable water, milk, grain etc.
The tanks are fitted with all necessary nozzles and are heavily treated to ensure longevity, in addition to receiving a smooth surface finish.

Design & fabrication of hybrid solar energy system, which is a versatile solution tailored for diverse energy storage applications. Equipped with:

The system is seamlessly housed in an IP55-rated cabinet for enhanced protection against water and dust ensuring reliable performance in various environments. The Mobile Hybrid Solar System enclosure is a portable, containerized solar power system designed for easy transportation and deployment.
Regulate the distribution of electric power to all connected systems based on load criteria.
Fabricated using circuit breakers and enclosures from Schneider, with circuit breakers going up to 6300 Amps and enclosures being Prisma or Block Set. Other brands of circuit breakers and enclosures can be used as per client requirement. All panel testing is carried out in compliance with procedures of Schneider Electric.
Synchronizes and unifies the operation of several generators in parallel as a cohesive unit.
This product can be fabricated for use with generators having similar or different speeds, voltages (low or medium) and control modules. The synchronizing panels are equipped with the outgoing feeders as per client request, fabricated from the available circuit breakers in the market up to 6300 Amps.
Automatically switch between primary and backup power sources when needed to maintain continuous supply.
This product can work with either:
- Two sources (one out of two) e.g. two generators or one generator and the main grid or between two different grid resources or;
- Three sources (one out of three) e.g. two generators and one grid or one generator and two different grid sources or between one feeder from generator and another feeder from synchronizing panel and the third feeder from the main grid.

Measure the consumption of chilled water for Air conditioning.
Design & fabrication of control panels for BTU meters to measure the consumed chilled water for air conditioning in an area, by measuring the flow of the chilled water, delta (T) for chilled water supply and return, and considering the specific heat for the water. The control panel is programmed through the PLC to calculate the chilled water consumption for every tenant and consequently issue monthly bills, which can be paid via an application that also allows users to monitor consumption.
Control electrical consumption and thus electrical bills/budgets.
Design and fabrication of panels containing Pre-paid kWh meters that enable control of electrical consumption and metering, with applications that enable the user to monitor consumption, pay bills and charge the pre-paid meter based on requirement or budget.
Improve the power factor in electrical systems to boost efficiency and reduce consumption.
The APFC panels work to reduce load fluctuations and minimize the effects of reactive power, thus reducing energy bills. These panels include capacitors to store the power, are connected directly with the main distribution panels and are suitable for the buildings, malls and factories which have low power factors such as steel, cement and paper factories etc. APFC can be connected to BMS and can be powered by AI.
Testing power sources (e.g. generators) by applying load conditions.
Design and fabrication of load banks to work manually or automatically through PLC which enables retrieval of data for all parameters such as load (kW/kVA, kVAR), voltage, Amps, power factors, speed etc. The load banks can be utilized to measure the loads and test the following equipment:
- Load test for the generators up to 3000 kW, 400V.
- Load test for the UBS
- Load test for the central battery systems.
Purpose of SCADA is to sense, monitor and coordinate. Purpose of PLC is to command and control.
These panels monitor and control the operation of all systems inside buildings inc. commercial centers and power plants, chiller plants, central AC plants etc. They are programmed according to the philosophy of operation of each system while providing in-depth data for all connected sub-systems using an array of sensors and human-machine interfaces/terminals. These products are provided with a schedule for routine maintenance for all systems through these panels, some using artificial intelligence (AI).

Generators Category
Used to generate electricity by burning diesel fuel and gas or biofuel if required.
Assembly of diesel generator sets consisting of core components which are the diesel engine, alternator and controller according to standard specifications, with rated capacities ranging between 20kVA to 1650kVA (50Hz) and low voltage output at 400/231V, enabling the product to be deployed and commissioned swiftly. Standard issue includes both open type or closed type (inside a steel enclosure with the necessary auxiliary systems), with the listed core components provided by Baudouin engines, Faraday and Deep Sea Electronics for control modules (DSE).
