Facility Management
- Supply, installation, and start-up of four (4) power plants, each with a capacity of 7 MVA at 13.8 kV, operating on a 24/7 basis.
- Provision of a qualified operation team to ensure continuous support, guarantee uninterrupted power availability to all villas, and promptly address any tenant requirements to avoid service interruptions.
