- Engineered discharge and intake sound attenuators achieving ultra-low noise levels of 65dBA at 1m.
- Designed and fabricated a 2,000-liter double-skin daily fuel tank with advanced safety provisions.
- Executed comprehensive acoustic insulation using high-grade Rockwool panels and perforated GI sheets.
- Supplied and installed critical mufflers, exhaust systems, and fresh air ducts — over 160 meters of precision-engineered piping with insulation and cladding.
- Installed axial intake fans delivering 44,000 CFM airflow for optimized generator performance.
- Designed and fabricated custom generator enclosure with integrated mufflers, access doors, and noise reduction to 85dBA.
